Estimates
Photo estimates are prepared from the images and details you send. If the load on site differs substantially from the photos, we will tell you the revised price before any work begins, and you are free to decline.
Access and disclosure
Please tell us about stairs, walk-ups, elevators, long carries or parking restrictions. Access affects how the crew works, and undisclosed conditions may change the quoted price.
Items we cannot take
Hazardous materials including solvents, paint thinners, asbestos, medical waste and ammunition. We will tell you if something in your photos cannot be accepted and where to dispose of it instead.
Scheduling and payment
Pickup windows are booked in arrival order and confirmed in writing. Payment is due once the job is complete and you have seen the truck empty.
